El caso es este: No puedo crear un nuevo documento ni guardar en la nube mis proyectos de Adobe XD. Me sale error 3635, y ya no sé que hacer. ¿Alguien me – 10699520 – 6

Adobe XD Can't create document (Error code: 3635)
Now in clean instalation I got error while creating new clean document: Adobe XD Can't create document (Error code: 3635) see screenshot. I really don't know what to try more.
